For those customers getting their orders delivered, please ensure that you provide the shipping address with your order, including your mobile number. Shipping charges will then be calculated based upon the size of your order and delivery location. Freight charges will be calculated at checkout once you have completed your billing information. Your details will not be stored until payment has been processed.

Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of goods (sometimes longer depending on your location). Note: shipping time and costs will be determined by your location and distance. We are based in Melbourne but we can ship anywhere in Australia. We use a courier agency service or Australia Post.
If you choose to have your order shipped via a courier, please note there is no "express freight" offered. Courier service is provided based on individual couriers "road express service", this does not mean you will receive your order overnight express. It could take several days or up to 10 days if you're in a rural location.
We will not be held responsible for any orders that go missing in transit. Please call us and arrange insurance if you would like to send with insurance.
Your details will be deleted from our database once the order is dispatched.

When your order is delivered, it arrives safely and in plain packaging, regardless of how big or small. All packaging is discreetly labelled.
Warranty & Returns
Please choose your products carefully, as Pakenham Hydroponics does not accept returns based on either an incorrect choice or a change of mind. If you have any queries about a product you would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns before you buy.
Pakenham Hydroponics will honour all manufacturers warranties subject to the terms and conditions of those manufacturers, however warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, improper care, loss or damage from incorrect usage.
Warranty claims will be processed at our discretion as a refund, repair or replacement. If products need to be returned to us for warranty purposes, please TELEPHONE, E-MAIL or FAX us with the RECEIPT/INVOICE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE and a brief description of the fault. We will then issue you with a PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER. All returns should be in original packaging and have the RECEIPT/INVOICE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE, and PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER enclosed. The PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER should also be written on the outside of the package for easy identification purposes.
Please note that we will only pay postage for item being returned to you under warranty. You will be responsible for postage fees for item sent to us.

Whether you choose to have your order delivered, or want to pick up your order in store, there are several payment options open to you.
PAYMENT BY DELIVERY
For customers getting their orders delivered, payment can be made by: ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER or PAYPAL .
1. IN STORE PICK UP
If you wish to pick up your order, you can pay in person by EFTPOS, CASH, CREDIT CARD or EFT. We also offer ZIP PAY and AFTERPAY
2. CREDIT CARD OPTION
If choosing to pay via credit card, this method will take you to Paypal payment processing. This is a simple and secure method of payment.
3. ELECTRONIC FUNDS OPTION
If you choose this option we will provide you with a purchase order and our bank account details. Please ensure you put the purchase order number in the description field when doing this transaction.
Insurance for your order
Please be aware that any damage sustained by goods during transit after they have been dispatched from Pakenham Hydroponics becomes the responsibility of you as the purchaser.
We recommend you insure your purchases for security. Insurance is an optional extra, if you would like to include insurance on your purchase order, please let us know. Insurance is charged at $5.60 per every $100 of purchase value, or part there of.
