All liquid pH up and pH down is designed to adjust your water to the desired pH.
The pH is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14.
Solutions with a pH less than 7 are considered acidic, while those above 7 are considered basic (alkaline). pH affects nutrient uptake for most plants. This is one of the most important factors to take into consideration in growing healthy robust plants.
Recommended pH range for most plants is 5.9 to 6.3.
